ORIGINS

Colombia | May 19-25, 2026

Walk backwards into the future. Awaken the codes humanity has forgotten.

a 6-day immersion of rewilding, Reconnection and remembrance in the Heart of the World.

Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia

Rising 5,700 meters from the Caribbean coast to snow-capped peaks, the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is known as The Heart of the World. This UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is a mosaic of ecosystems, making it one of the most ecologically rich places on Earth.

For the Indigenous Wiwa, Kogi, Arhuaco, and Kankuamo peoples, this territory is a living temple of ancient wisdom. For millennia, they have preserved their traditions and maintained an unbroken dialogue with nature, safeguarding the landscapes that support the delicate balance and health of the entire planet.

Origins Retreat & Pilgrimage invites you to step into this ancient story—where we will walk backwards into the future to activate codes that humanity has forgotten.

  • CONNECT | ANCESTRAL WISDOM

Deep within us runs an unbroken thread that connects us to Earth’s original caretakers—those who spoke the language of stars and soil, whose wisdom lives on in their songs and stories.

  • RETURN | THE ROOTS OF BEING

  • PILGRIMAGE | TO SELF AND LAND

Reciprocity and Impact

At Casalma, our ethos is rooted in reciprocity. As part of the DNA of this journey, we partner with local communities & organizations that inspire us.

In Colombia, we are proud to support and collaborate with Jaguar Siembra, an organization dedicated to co-creating food forests and cultural-ecological initiatives alongside Indigenous communities. Their work protects wildlife, cultivates medicinal foods, revives ancestral practices, and regenerates ecosystems in the Sierra. As part of this retreat, we will visit their sanctuary, home to the first Kankurwa (House of Thought) for intercultural exchange.

25% of the profits from this retreat are being donated to Jaguar Siembra, supporting their vital work to protect and restore sacred water sources.

Meet Your Guides

  • Born amidst the lush jungles of Puerto Rico and shaped by an upbringing in Argentina's diplomatic circles, Victoria has spent her life moving between worlds. These contrasts sparked a lifelong quest for meaning, leading her across continents to study ancient traditions and uncover the sacred threads that connect us all.

To her, life is Earth School—a journey of remembering, unlearning, and listening deeply to the intelligence of nature, culture, and spirit. As a guide, teacher, and eternal student, she creates spaces for others to reconnect with their deepest truths, embrace the reciprocity of life, and step into a more regenerative, heart-led way of being. Through her work, she weaves together people and projects that illuminate new pathways toward harmony.

  • Born and raised in Ohio, Eric carries the heartland’s values of unwavering integrity and perseverance. His path from corporate real estate to mission-driven work took a turn on Mt. Shasta, where a melting ice bridge transformed a precarious descent into a profound awakening—one that called him to dedicate his expertise to serving the very Earth beneath his feet.

That pivotal moment on Shasta revealed that our greatest challenges often illuminate our deepest calling—a lesson he now shares with leaders and visionaries seeking their own breakthrough moments. As the only Level 2 NATLIFE-certified coach in the United States, Eric weaves professional mastery with wilderness wisdom to guide others toward clarity, alignment, and purpose.

  • “Eric and Victoria are powerful, yet humble leaders. They truly embody a heart-centered approach toward learning and growing with wisdom and curiosity. They lead from feeling, not ego. They are deep listeners. They have a skill for lovingly guiding the group toward a path of knowledge and connection without attempting to control or manage any outcomes. Their ability to make good decisions with integrity and honesty allowed me to trust them wholeheartedly toward any path, and I would gladly follow them again and again. The entire weekend was held by a sacred container of trust, respect, acceptance, wonder, gratitude, and love. It was a deeply transformative time in community and in connection with Spirit that has left an imprint of beautiful light on the blueprint of my soul forever.”

    Nicole S.

  • “A profound and transformative experience. Victoria and Eric exemplify a rare depth of compassion and care, not just in their personal relationships, but in their thoughtful approach to identifying meaningful experiences. Their discerning approach in selecting the other individuals in our group, who were at relatable points in their own journeys, was of equal importance. This demonstrated incredible sensitivity to the nuanced needs of all participants, creating a space that felt both professionally orchestrated and deeply personal. Their commitment to connecting us with authentic, expert practitioners—in this case, an Indigenous healer and his wife—demonstrates their thoughtful approach to supporting individual growth and exploration.”

Meet us in the Heart of the World.

The Guardians

The Wiwa, Kogi, Arhuaco, and Kankuamo, collectively known as our ‘Elder Brothers,’ consider it their duty to maintain harmony between humanity and nature. As descendants of the ancient Tayrona civilization, these tribes retreated high into the mountains centuries ago to preserve their traditions. To them, the Sierra Nevada is not merely a landscape but the beating heart that sustains the entire planet.

Spiritual leaders called Mamos and Sagas spend up to 18 years in darkness, learning to bridge our physical world with cosmic consciousness.

In recent decades, our Elder Brothers have taken the extraordinary step of opening a window into their world, hoping to inspire Younger Brothers to embrace a mindset of care and reciprocity with the Earth. They emphasize that their culture and wisdom are not relics of the past but vital keys to humanity's survival.
